I, the undersigned, do hereby Declare:

1.1. That the documents furnished in support of this application are true and correct;

1.2. That I am indigent and require financial assistance in order to further my studies;

1.3. That to the full extent necessary under the law, I am assisted in this application by my father, alternatively by my mother, further alternatively by my parents jointly, further alternatively by my guardian.

1.4. That should this application relate to a study loan, I will sign such other documents as the MAIK may require or deem necessary acknowledging my indebtedness to the MAIK and undertaking with suitable security to repay the study loan as specified in such document/s.

2. Understand and agree irrevocably:

2.1. That should my application be successful, my tuition fees will be paid by MAIK directly to the Daarul Uloom or tertiary educational institution with whom I am or will be registered.

2.2. That the grant to me of financial assistance depends on the availability of funds;

2.3. That I shall furnish to MAIK, my fee statement and my results after the second semester and at the end of the year.

2.4. That in all matters set out above, the determination and decision of the MAIK shall be final and binding on me.
